1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Life by Design website (lifebydesign.net) or using any of our services – including Masterclasses, coaching, speaking engagements, free resources (ebook, podcast), and discovery calls – you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Services Description
Life by Design offers:
Free resources (ebook, podcast, blog)
Paid Masterclasses (6–8 week small group programs)
Paid one‑on‑one coaching (Life, Leadership, Wellness)
Paid speaking engagements and workshops
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
3. Payments and Refunds
Masterclasses & Coaching: Payment is due before the start of the program unless a payment plan is agreed in writing.
Refunds: If you cancel at least 7 days before the first session, you receive a full refund. After the first session, no refunds are provided – but you may transfer your spot to another person or apply the fee to a future session within 12 months.
Speaking engagements: Deposits are non‑refundable. Final payment due after event unless otherwise agreed.
4. Discovery Calls and Free Resources
Discovery calls are free, 15 minutes, with no obligation to purchase anything.
Free ebook and podcast may be downloaded or streamed without an email address (unless otherwise noted). We do not require personal information for access.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our content for commercial resale
- Harass staff or other participants
- Share login credentials for paid programs
- Record Masterclass sessions without written permission
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site – including text, videos, podcast episodes, ebook, worksheets, and Masterclass materials – is owned by Life by Design. You may download the free ebook for personal use only. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute any paid course materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
Life by Design provides educational and coaching services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., career change, financial gain, healing). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. No Professional Advice
Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or financial counseling. If you need licensed professional help, please seek a qualified expert.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to paid programs if you violate these terms (e.g., harassment, sharing materials). No refund will be issued in such cases.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “”Last updated”” date will change. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
