EQUIPPING LEADERS FOR GREATER IMPACT
Beginning in 2026, Life by Design launched its Facilitator Training Initiative to equip coaches, counselors, pastors, and ministry leaders to facilitate transformational learning experiences within their own churches, organizations, and communities.
Our first certification program, The Chosen Path, provides participant guides, facilitator resources, coaching tools, and practical methods that help people strengthen their faith, discover God’s purpose, and grow as disciples of Jesus Christ.
As the Life by Design Coaching Network continues to grow, additional coaching and leadership resources will continue to expand, equipping facilitators to serve individuals, small groups, churches, nonprofits, schools, and businesses.
