Building God's Kingdom Through Leadership and Compassion
The Uganda Leadership Initiative is the international outreach of Life by Design, dedicated to developing Christ-centered leaders while investing in the next generation through education, discipleship, and compassionate care.
We believe lasting transformation begins when local leaders are equipped to serve their communities with wisdom, integrity, and faith.
Our desire is to see churches become centers of hope that strengthen families, impact villages, and leave a legacy for generations to come.

THREE AREAS OF FOCUS
Leadership Development
Across Uganda, pastors and ministry leaders faithfully serve their congregations with limited access to biblical training, discipleship resources, leadership development, and practical ministry tools. Many shepherd growing churches while facing significant financial and resource challenges. We equip pastors, church leaders, ministry teams, business leaders, and emerging leaders through biblical leadership training and practical coaching.
Children's Dream Initiative
Many children living in orphanages and vulnerable communities have the desire and ability to learn but lack the financial resources to attend school. Through the generosity of our partners, we provide educational support that gives children access to school and the opportunity to build a brighter future. Every sponsored child receives more than an education—they receive hope to dream. Your gift of $30 a month can help these children to pursue their dreams.
My Family by Choice
My Family By Choice Community Uganda is a bold, faith-rooted vision for creating intentional agri-communities where vulnerable seasoned generations, unhoused children, and individuals in need are welcomed into a safe and loving chosen family. It is the living expression of the biblical call to “love your neighbor as yourself,” transforming isolation into belonging, hardship into shared support, and uncertainty into renewed hope.
