Pathway to Leadership MasterClass
Pathway to Leadership is a four-week, highly interactive masterclass designed for leaders who want to lead with greater clarity, consistency, effectiveness, and impact. Delivered live on Zoom, this experience is built around conversation, reflection, and practical application—helping leaders move beyond titles and techniques to develop the foundation that supports sustainable leadership.
Across four sessions, participants will explore four essential leadership areas: Calling, which brings clarity to why and how you lead; Character, which strengthens trust and credibility through consistent behavior; Competence, which focuses on continuous growth and leadership effectiveness; and Contribution, which shifts leadership from personal success to lasting impact through developing others. Through real-world illustrations, guided discussions, and practical exercises, participants gain insight, confidence, and tools they can immediately apply in their work, teams, and everyday leadership situations.
